- He initially focused on the agriculture industry, working closely with rural communities and providing workforce solutions.
- With a strong belief that rural talent deserves better opportunities, he dedicated himself to connecting skilled and unskilled workers from rural areas to the right industries.
- Over the years, his vision and commitment led to the growth and establishment of Innovative Manpower Services (IMS), continuing his mission to empower individuals and support businesses with reliable manpower solutions.
Nilesh Chandrakant Navthar
Proprietor
- Nilesh Chandrakant Navthar holds a Bachelor of Engineering in Mechanical Engineering and has gained valuable experience working with multiple MNCs in the design department. His technical background and industry exposure give him a strong understanding of operational and workforce requirements.
- After taking charge of Innovative Manpower Services (IMS), he brought a fresh vision and dynamic approach to the business. He expanded services, introduced new working methods, and successfully connected with a wide range of clients across industries.
- He strongly believes in the principle of “Right Person for the Right Place.” With this approach, he focuses on providing reliable, skilled, and efficient manpower solutions that meet the exact needs of companies.
